A family of five children and two adults enjoying a moment outdoors in a lush green park with trees and grass. The children are playing, and one child is being held by the mother. The father has a child on his shoulders, and all are smiling or looking happy.

Hi, I’m hailey daniels

If you had told me fifteen years ago that I would be a mom to four wonderful kids, homeschooling and now helping and supporting women through pregnancy and birth, I would have laughed. But here I am, and this life is the biggest blessing from the Lord. His grace and mercy is evident and visible in my story, what a treasure.

Ten years ago, when I was pregnant with our first baby I learned all the things about the right baby gear, what car seat to get, and I bought a birth ball thinking that was going to get me ready for labor! Boy was I wrong. After a long and difficult labor, I ended up with an emergency cesarean, not the unmedicated birth I “planned”. You don’t know, what you don’t know it turns out.

With the birth of our second, I began learning more about evidence-based practices and have since had 3 successful VBACs. Today, I am thankful for the road I have walked to be able to share some lessons learned and knowledge with other mamas-to-be now in a role as a doula. Before now, I was helping friends who were expecting with labor and delivery prep, sharing pregnancy workout modifications and how to get in their protein while pregnant, ha! What started out as a little light that came on inside me, is now this business that I get to do in the nooks and crannies of my family’s life. I believe birth is a sacred space, a miracle, a welcoming of new life, and it is a privilege to get to work with every family I have the opportunity to.

When not doing birth-work, you can find me at Burn Boot Camp, with my kids at the park, homeschooling at our dining room table, on a date night to a new place in Richmond that I found for my husband and I to try whatever their signature cocktail is (anyone else?), or trying to make my home more beautiful with whatever artwork I found thrifting that week.

I can’t wait to meet you!
